The purpose of this database
Connect with others that served at the same time and place during your military service and taken this survey.

The Goal is to establish service connection by showing others are infected with the same type of Hepatitis C as you. The way the virus clusters together allows technology to determine if the same source caused the infection.

Same source infections can occur through the Jet guns, contaminated vaccines, or any "same" unknown source. There's no way to tell what that source was, only Hepatitis C virus was transmitted at the same time to you and others.

Search Database Records
Click on links to the left to view

• All records for each branch of service
• Locate Boot Camps by year.
• ID Number- find the complete history for the ID number
  for all people stationed with or near you at one point in time during your military service.
• Explore Year of service for each duty station- write down the id numbers to contact.

  People with many years of service, focus on dates of mass injections and/or dental, medical procedures and surgeries.

  A FEW examples would be:

  • Dental/Medical procedures and equipment
    (like getting mass vaccinations or dental exams)
  • Giving/receiving  blood or blood based vaccines
    (immunoglobulin products like vaccine for Hepatitis A & B)
  • Barber's razors/cutters (or standing in line for grooming, like dry shaves with the same razor)

  Include the email address you used to take the survey.
   
•  Re-enter your information, refresh your browser and your information and a new id number will appear in all links related to you. Write that number down or send in an email to yourself.
   
• Update information by entering the email address used to take the survey and checking the box to update your information on the Survey Form
